11/10/2022 New Skin Up! The site was overhuled a bit and is once again open! New staff needed, and the story is bigger now. 1st event about to get underway.
9/20/2022 Site soft opening. Didnt do well so LSV Was changed.
Why was she so nervous? The girl was pacing around.. she had her Rockruff in her arms sighing. She was about to go in to get her official starter and items, as well as meet Claressa for the first time. Would she be as ice cold as she wass warned of? What would await her behind this door? She sighed as she got the courage and knocked loudly. "Hey.. It's Lavender.. I believe i signed up for a appointment even though i really didn;t have too?" She sighed. She wasn't going to use her status to bypass doing what all other trainers had to do.
Roxanne was excited of meeting new people, of experiencing things but Also wanted to be their for her trainer who was very much still recovering from after effects. She seemed to smile-"This should be fun..let's just keep our heads up. This is a true new beginning.." The girl nodded at the rockruff as they waited for the professor to answer. This was.. the start of a new adventure.
Professor Claressa took care of several eggs that needed her attention when Luna heard the footsteps from downstairs as the Ninetales rushed to greet the newcomer. “I’m coming, Luna! Hold on!” Claressa sighs as the woman would come down to join her Ninetales after she carried a bag full of the starting items. She noticed a young blonde woman had come inside her lab as well as a shiny colored Rockruff by her side. The shiny Alolan Ninetales began to direct Lavender to a seat by the table and waited for the Rockruff to join their trainer.[break][break]
“I’m sorry. The eggs needed a bit of looking after, so Luna decided to greet you. Do you want a starting Pokemon or if you already made your Rockruff a starter, I can give you the items?” Claressa smiles over to the young lady as she took her own seat at the table, setting down the bag of items.
Lavender smiled at Claressa and spoke-"Id love to meet a starter... i had in mind for either a fire, grass or Poison type starter... but any will do1 I'd love to meet some!" She held her Rockruff and sighed. "No my Rockruff was just my additional pokemon due to my trainer class... I'm guessing you could tell as soon as i walked in who i was.. i mean.. we have ways of finding eachother i guess.." She looks down.
Roxanne realized her trainer was upset, and tried to reassure her. "It isn;t all terrible... You got to move on from past trauma!" The wolf urged her trainer to think of the positives not the negatives of all of the stuff she went through. "Mr. Afton loves you okay Lavender? Stop worrying... he's not like your old parents were.." Lavender smiled a bit but looked back at the professor. "That is a very pretty ninetales!"
“Well, let me see what starters I have for you...” The professor spoke and got up from her chair to grab one Pokeball in one hand and two more in her other. She began to press the button on the one Pokeball in her hand as the light released a candle Pokemon in its own golden candle stick. “This Pokemon is a Delta Litwick. He’s a little timid and doesn't like to socialize much, but he loves to play with anyone if he warms up to a person or Pokemon.” She spoke as the small candle Pokemon hid his face from Lavender and her Rockruff. [break][break]
Releasing the second and third Pokemon with a click of both the Pokeballs’ buttons, the purple Shinx and green Froakie looked at the pair curiously before looking the other way from each other. “Oh dear... These two are a Delta Shinx and Froakie. This Shinx is a little bit of a wildcat, she hates losing to anyone and wants to try her best. Froakie here is an energetic sort of Pokemon and he loves battling.” Claressa smiled over to the two starters before she finished explaining and let the new trainer pick what she wanted.[break][break]
“And thank you, Luna appreciates the compliment.” The professor went on after the girl commented that her Ninetales looked pretty.[break][break]
Lavender took a long look at the pokemon, and made her decision. Ths shinx was just speaking to her Volumes.. the little pokemon just seemed to be wanting her to take it with her. She picks up the tiny shinx and cuddles it. "Can i have the shinx please professor?" Lavender asked, smiling a bit. She knew this meant that her journey was really going to begin, and she could not wait.
The Shinx and Roxanne seemed to chat a bit, and Roxanne actually grew close enough to feel comfortable around her. Lavender then of course decided the nickname. "May i call her Elizabeth? It just fits.. that and i think if i ever visit fairytale villiage Lizzy will be flattered i named a pokemon after her.."
